I'd add several new scouts and / or turn over a sizeable share of existing. I'd change the review process and / or who is in charge. The recent draft history is bad imo, including the decision to trade away rights to get Jackson Davis for cash.

if they don't get Flagg, I'd probably trade down for multiple picks. Yeah they already have other lower picks but I'm not high on Harper. Clayton might be a good option. And Toppin or Murray-Boyles. Queen, Kam Jones, Ejiofor, Kalkbrenner, Wolf and Markovic are among the better lower options. Generally not 19 year olds.

The youth movement isn't over yet but it probably should be in 15 months, 27 months tops.

Poole is better but I'd still want to trade for decent package, probably in 2026 off-season or at 2027 deadline. Wouldn't want to re-sign unless improvement continues and salary is trimmed back some.

Brogdon, Smart and Middleton are too old to retain. Trading Smart and Middleton could be for vets in mid to late 20s and / or draft picks.

I wouldn't consider anybody locked in core. Most would be better to go, if an offer looks better for a different design.

The most used lineup with Kuzma was -33pts / 100p. With George is still -9 and net losers are every net matchup stat besides FT% and stocks.

Bottom 8 on all factors. Pick 3 priorities and emphasize early change there.

New Coach? I'd guess they stand pat another year. I wouldn't.

Almost 600 lineups used. 10 of 11 most used negative.

Lineup of the future

J. Poole - B. Coulibaly - A. Sarr - B. Carrington - K. George

is -11pts / 100p in barely 100 minutes.

63 of 64 most used pairs negative. 17 of the 18 most used were -9 to -20.

Would be hard to do any worse. Have to build from that deep, deep low.

Will be interesting to watch minutes distribution, lineup constructions, trend in results...

Asset management is part of the process but player selection is the big thing. Coaching when they want to win.

Another season of low winning.

Another season of lineup chaos likely, probably yielding little insight for future core management. Or is there major change?

More vets to try to trade, buyout or let walk.

How many young guys improve, how much? Coulibaly got worse in yr 2.
