I agree with Mike--you might need to rethink how you're handling things if a position adjustment is required.

No, I won't going to make position adjustment since I believe in the accuracy of PTR. I just want to include PTR list categorized by player positions in the OP.

I think I have to make this clear. PTR gives the best or near best total values you can get with raw box-scores. And it's purpose is summing players' box score stats. If it lists Player X above a superstar, it means Player X's box score stats are better than that superstar. Period.

I won't going to discuss advanced stat estimations anymore because I simply don't want to make an advanced stat model. There are already that kind of models out there.

I often personally prefer to group players by PG, wing (SG & SF) , big (PF & C) when I want big groups of reasonably similar players but with some separation.
