Has Fontecchio mainly just had a nice small sample or has the offensive system and role really fit?

Was aware of most of these changes. But not with Jrue, Mikal and a few others. Lots of moving pieces.

This could be the year Jokic has an All-Star sidekick -- or two.
Last year, AJ Mitchell was the Thunder's #12 man and got 3.5 mpg in playoffs. This year he's top 5.
All the front-runners for MVP are also in this list, having career years so far -- other than Shai, who is simply repeating his mvp numbers.
