APBeerMetrics & Sunday Basketball! 20 years!

The return of Sloan means the nation's basketball geeks will gather in Boston again. Hooray!
As I have every year since the very first year of Sloan, I'll be glad to welcome our community to grab a drink Thursday night before the conference. This is 20 years of APBeerMetrics! Unfortunately (it still makes me sick to my stomach to type it), the longtime home for this gathering, The Fours, once recognized as the #1 sports bar in America by SI, is closed forever.
Was looking for a place near the BCEC where this year's conference is happening, but there's a huge HS volleyball tourney down there and the spots near there are all expecting to be busy. So as a result the gathering will be at the same place by the Hynes where it was the last couple years, starting at 9pm. It's worth the Uber anyway. They’ve added an additional bar space there with room for more people so it shouldn’t be as crowded as it was last year. PM me if you need the location.
Much like previous years, we'll also have a geeks pickup basketball game Sunday morning - PM me for the info on that too.
