what was the average ppg in 2012? also the average RPG, APG, and PER?

You can go to
www.basketball-reference.com and calculate these stats yourself. Or NBA.com. Or ESPN.com. Or dougstats.com. Or any one of probably dozens of sites.

HoopData.com is a good reference for quick averages.
http://hoopdata.com/regstats.aspx tells us the avg PPG was 8.9.

Avg PER is always 15.0
