Attributes most important for beating the Heat

What team attributes do you consider most important for beating the Heat?
Looking at 82games win-loss profiles and some other stuff from last season, I'd say:
1. Shoot / score very efficiently
Then...
Rebound well.
Blocks some shots.
Run well and often.
Maybe be premier at the 3 pt game.
Who does this match well and not well?
For one, Spurs seem like they do pretty well on at least 3 of the criteria. If they can get past Lakers and Thunder.
Any contending team considered good on 4 or 5 of these criteria?
I have the Thunder and Bulls at 3. Celtics at 2. 76ers at 2.5. Lakers probably will met at least 4. Clippers probably will met at least 3.5. Denver only 2? Dallas, maybe 1? Memphis, maybe 0.5? Indiana, maybe 2? Utah, 2.5 - 3? Atlanta, 3 -3.5?
Other stuff matters of course, but these matchup criteria seemed worth raising & considering and are a different approach from a straight ahead evaluation. 82games win-loss profiles does not show the Heat being bothered much by good defenses.
