rebounding +/-

Has anyone tried to use a +/- approach to analyze rebounding (or any other non-scoring stat)? The different versions of adjusted plus minus that I have seen look solely at point differentials, but what if the same techniques were used to look at something like team rebounding rates in order to analyze more specific aspects of player abilities?

J.E. done that, but he removed the results from his webpage. Maybe he can add that again.

Here is a snapshot of the results from 2011: http://web.archive.org/web/201103111550 ... rebounding
