What do they most need to do to improve chances of winning a title? Will they successfully do anything of these things? Will they win a title with in next 2 years?

Spurs with 2nd to worst team OR%. They were 24th on this for their last title so they probably do not consider it a pressing problem. Miami was 26th last season too, so maybe they are right.

Trading Blair seems like a decent way to help some.

Avoid lineups featuring both Parker and Ginobili.

Second most used lineup in playoffs had Parker and Ginobili and was indeed bad at almost -12 per 100 possessions. The next most used Parker and Ginobili lineups got 70 minutes and very very modestly positive. they Bonner and not Green who was in the bad one. If there is a lesson here it might be more that Pop road the wrong Parker and Ginobili lineup. Might or might not. Again small sample makes it not possible to say yes or no with much confidence. But when analysis is stymied, one can fall back on the cold facts that the most used Parker and Ginobili lineup that Pop rode, hurt the Spurs.

4 of the 6 most used Parker and Ginobili lineups were positive in the regular season. But T. Duncan | M. Ginobili | D. Green | K. Leonard | T. Parker, the really bad but still prominently used playoff performer? Pop tested that one less than 30 minutes in the regular season, if at all. I can't see the super small lineup data on the moment to answer the second half of that comment. Maybe actual lineup testing is something that some folks don't feel they need to do much.
