Thanks for the notice. I quickly read thru the posts. There is some good advice in there when read carefully. I'd ideally like interview summaries that were much longer but what you give was worthwhile.

Thanks for linking the interviews. I enjoyed them. I also linked the latest interview in my post last night at www.BasketballAnalyticsBook.com. Rosenfeld provides a good example of someone who had the opportunity to be significantly involved in basketball analytics before graduating college. As the industry grows, these opportunities will expand, and as a result, I think we can expect more high quality contributors to the field. The NBA relies on the youth rec leagues, aau teams, high school and college clubs to develop its players (and create an audience for the sport). Sports analytics is still developing its "infastructure" in a sense.
