Homecourt advantage of each NBA team

Picking up an old topic with more data. The table below shows average homecourt advantage for each team since 2002. Here, more does not equal better - it just means a team is playing much better in home games vs. in away games. Teams with low HCA perform comparatively well in away games, and the difference between their home and away performance is small.
It is my understanding that if you were to forecast a game's point differential, you'd have to add the *average* of both team's HCA to the difference in team strength. So, suppose the Kings, Nuggets, Bulls and Pelicans were all average teams, Kings@Nuggets are expected to lose by 5, while Bulls@Pelicans are expected to lose by 1.4
Potentially valuable if you wanted to gamble
