Phil Jackson and 4 Factors improvement

Between the season before he became head coach of Chicago and the 1990-91 season when he won the first title there, there was stat change as follows (with rounding):
About 6.5 pts change in SRS.
+5.5 in offensive rating, +2.5 in defensive ratings and the difference in a softer SOS and a slower pace. FT rate (And FT/FGA) and 3pt rate both declined modestly. Own TOV% improved, Off Reb% went up, eFG% went up. On defense eFG% allowed improved by the smallest amount, TOV% forced went up, defensive rebounding declined and the foul given rate declined.
Between the season before he became head coach of the Lakers and the 1999=2000 season when he won the first title there, there was stat change as follows (with rounding):
About 5.75 pts change in SRS.
-0.3 in offensive rating, +6 in defensive ratings. FT rate (And FT/FGA) and 3pt rate both declined modestly. Own TOV% improved, Off Reb% was unchanged, eFG% went down 1.4 %pts. On defense eFG% allowed improved moderately, TOV% forced went up slightly, defensive rebounding improved moderately and the foul given rate declined.
Of course players can improve on their own and rosters change too so not all the change is due to the coach. But he had some impacts surely and in these two cases in many of the same ways (for 6 factors) but not all and the overall efficiency changes were quite different. Improvement in overall offense only Will he impact the Knicks in a somewhat similar fashion? Maybe, maybe not. Will have to look at where the Knicks are right now on the efficiencies and 4 factors more closely.
Interesting to me is that the Jackson lead teams got lower rates of the "best shots" (FT and 3). EFG% went up though so I'd guess that he either got better shooters / scorers and / or got them better/more open looks (through passing in the triangle working or fast breaks).
