Will they win 30 plus or less? Probably doesn't matter a lot in long run but it might matter some: Stevens' rep with free agents, his own satisfaction with job, draft order, etc.
$79 million payroll. Celts likely to be in bottom 5-10 on wins per mil spent this year. But return in a non-contender or title yr is not the primary measuring stick of course.
