Free throw rate by shot zone?

Looking for league averages, separated by restricted area/paint (non-RA)/midrange/above the break 3s/corner 3s. Anybody have any data on this?
Saw this article:
http://www.sportingcharts.com/articles/ ... teams.aspx
which noted that points/FGA for paint (non-RA) and midrange was the same, though I'm assuming it's based only on points derived from FGA (as opposed to FTA).
EDIT: Found something:
http://www.82games.com/locations.htm
Not sure what the sample is, but FTA/FGA seems to be:
restricted area - ???
paint (non-RA) - ???
midrange - 0.13-0.20
above the break 3s - 0.08-0.10
corner 3s - 0.04
The study broke down FTA/FGA into high paint (0.45) & low paint (0.46), but did not separate the low paint into restricted area/non-RA. Either way though, just looking at the high paint numbers, the free throw rate is higher in the paint (non-RA) than it is from midrange (pts/100poss is improved, but not enough that it seems like a solid scoring option).
