what are the odds of a nba team to win a final after 2 wins of first three games? 
It depends on the teams. Then, presumably the odds are the same for any 7-game series.
Since all playoff teams had a good long while to prepare for the inevitable meeting with the Warriors, they may have had an early advantage in each series. Memphis went up 2-1, and GS then took 3 straight. Houston lost a couple of really close ones, then lost by more. The Finals seem to be shaping up along this pattern, too.
