Ive found a site that has a WPA stats database with this year's being calculated and last year's also available. I've gotten more & more involved with my son's basketball team, coaching, calculating advanced stats, raw +/-, even BPM. I was explaining to my boy what win probability and win expentancy were, leverage index, and how WPA measures a player's impact, dependant upon several things: time left, score, shot clock, who has possession, timeouts, fouls to give, and he asked if there was a way I could calculate his. Last year he was pumped he had a PER and WAR- based upon SPM and League MOV. Is there ANYWHERE to calculate basketball win probability ? Either in real-time or by me parsing through play-by-play data of games ? I'd find some other funs ways to utilize it for NCAA and NBA work as well.

I'm a little confused by how your question. Are you trying to predict WPA from box score stats? What is in the database you found exactly? At any rate, here's one calculator, but I've seen others as well: http://stats.inpredictable.com/nba/wpCalc.php . Unless your son plays in the NBA though, I doubt the calculator will give accurate numbers.
