How far into the season before we see BPM ratings for CBB?

How far into the new season before we see BPM players ratings for college basketball, like those listed here for Louisville?

Appears it was added February 11, 2015 last season, but because it was the first time they had added BPM for college basketball, I'd assume it would be much sooner this year.
