Performance against top 16 regular season and then playoffs

In last 6 seasons, the title winner has always won at least 60% against the Sagarin top 16 in regular season. The other conference finalists have too with a few exceptions for one generally least successful conference finalist in a few years. Only 2010 Celtics made it to finals without reaching this standard but then lost.
