Is this the NBA's next offensive trend?

Hi All,

Latest post is up where I look at the effectiveness of sending the guard to set a "guard to guard on-ball screen", instead of sending the traditional big man. Surprisingly good results and in the new position-less world of NBA lineups we are going to start seeing this more often and defenses aren't ready for it.

Have you checked small screens for bigs (certain bigs) or bigs for bigs?

No i didn't get into that detail, would be interesting, but enters a grey area of defining a "big". Would be useful for guys like Lebron, Durant, Melo etc, I doubt we are going to see someone like Andre Drummond getting an on-ball screen on the perimeter well i hope we don't ;-)

I came up with the idea for my post from watching Klay set numerous on-ball screens for Steph in the finals against Cleveland which gave them headaches.

Beverley-Harden combo makes sense as the defense is just focused on Harden.

Going through the leagues guard combos there are heaps that you think would give defenses problems, to name a few:

Lillard-McCollum
Wall-Beal
Paul-Reddick

Maybe it would make more sense to look at the direction the pick is coming from, rather than the player that's setting it.
