Haven't read the book yet. Jazz... It might be a handy analogy; but imo using it for the title in 2017 is pretty risky from a marketing buzz or relatability standpoint. I kinda doubt it will mean much for many born after the 40s or 50s. I was a bit later on then off Jazz sampler. I know tight quartet Jazz and free, often too free Jazz. Yeah basketball has that range too. But could say same for more modern music or acting or writing or investing or other stuff.
