Teams love to hire analysts in their twenties and early 30s. The heart of the market for "tech" skills. But there are tradeoffs. Where were they when Jordan ruled? Middle school? Pre-school? In high school for Kobe-Shaq or nah? Yeah you can watch tape and some do more than others. But age can come with more than just game time logged. Tradeoffs.

I can only claim live & taped tv of late B Russell to then young, impressionable eyes and forward to ever less young but maybe more knowledgeable and yet also more questioning eyes & mind.
