Just curious if anyone has taken a more detailed look into how effective the recent lotto odds changes have been to combat tanking. Obviously a bit tough to tell until the end of the season. Even if you haven't looked into it, does it feel to you like it's been effective? Have bottom-tier teams tried harder to stay competitive? Or at least not tried so blatantly to be bad?

I haven't thought about or processed it much but fwiw here is one observation: The 4 teams currently below 25% win% are more than any other season within last 21 years. In 97-98 there were 6.
