Why are the Celtics doing so well? They lost their 2 best players (in Win Shares and VORP) and 4 of their main 8, nominally replacing just one of them.

This year, their remaining 4 core players plus Kemba are all doing better than last year, thru 4 games:

It's not a 'death lineup' yet. They have run just 5 minutes together.
