Latest Vegas Power Ratings

The solid line are the full season ratings and the dashed line represents the ratings since the trade deadline. You can see the major dip that POR and GSW have taken, while PHX, MIL, LAL, NYK, and DET seem to be thought of more highly.

Wonder what the distribution looks like for regular season SRS (or another metric) vs playoff SRS for top 8 teams. What are the average variation and the biggest positive and negative variations in recent years?
