8th seed in the west?

Going by Vegas odds to win the title (may not be a very good method), one might say that Houston, Utah and Portland are expected to be the main contenders for the 8th seed. Seems pretty wide open. Who do you think will get it or who are the top two contenders?

I think the Warriors have a better chance than Portland or Houston, if healthy. I think GSW, MIN, and UTA will be fighting for the 7-8 spots.

I have looked close at it yet, but you might be closer to the mark than Vegas on this.
