Realistic best team shot distribution

What in your opinion is the realistic best team shot distribution (in terms of % used close, by free throw, mid-range and from 3 pt) and thinking about it terms of PG, wings and bigs is there a general distribution of those shots to those groups that is the most productive / optimal mix based on market salaries for the best, middle or lower salary subgroups for them ?

Dependent upon your roster, lineups that favour some high percentage of shots being taken close to the rim and beyond the three point line. The most plausible exception to this rule, I guess, is a high-usage ball handler, whose shot distribution might be worth scattering more randomly in order to create space for the close and three point guys.
