bottom 10 to Top 10?

Any teams who were bottom 10 in last regular season that you think will become top 10 in next 2 years? Who? Any explanation for this projection?

Cavs seem like best bet. I guess NOH, POR and MIN have a chance, but I don't think they have a really strong one.
