Foul Data?

Hello, I'm wondering if anybody has the following data for each season and playoffs going back to 00-01 (since I don't think the last four years have been parsed yet):

1) Breakdown of two-shot shooting fouls, three-shot shooting fouls, and everything else by percentage or total (so three numbers for each year).

2) How many of the fouls in the last category (meaning fouls that are non two-shot shooting fouls or three-shot shooting fouls) are offensive fouls (again, a percentage or total is fine).

I got some numbers from this thread:

though they seem to only be for part of one season (04-05). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
