What do you think the net effect of all the changes will be on win total?

I think 42-48 is a reasonable range for them based on Bosh and Wade's declining production. Using WARP this is approximately the range I've seen around the web. Predicting Wade's health is tricky as well, that is a tough call. Bosh's contract seems pretty short-sighted.

I would have just gone into tank mode, Riles doesn't like the draft though, so no surprise. Not very savvy team building imo.

I actually like their offseason. Waiting for the dust to settle, and haven't done aging curves for them, but I have them as a possible 50-win team.

Yeah, no longer a championship contender... But in the weak east, real shot at HCA. That's not shabby considering they lost the best player ever.

Seems like they can contend for a nice playoff spot in the East. Have some excitement. Re-solidify Bosh's hall of fame credentials if he returns to being a 20 point scorer. Then in 2016, when the salary cap increases by $20 million or so, they will have room to sign a max free agent, maybe two depending on Wade's situation then.

Vegas still having them 25 to 1 to win East would scare me. I mean I'd have guessed like... 8 to 1? Such a lower number than expected usually means they know better

Vegas also has the Knicks at just 33:1. Wouldn't read too much into futures right now.

Yeah but at least you can blame homer money for that one
