I looked up some other metrics to see how well they concur (or don't) with eWins. Players who are off by at least .60 eW from last year, for better or worse; change from last year to this year in: eW/484, PER, WS/48, and BPM.
They're ranked by PER change, since PER seems to correlate best with the other 3.

While each metric may "like" a player more or less than another, there's broad agreement about ups and downs across the stats. A couple of exceptions: Solomon Hill and Chris Bosh.

Bosh's DRtg has slipped along with the team's (104 to 107). But his ORtg has dropped even more (112 to 108). He has career low ORb% and career high DRb%. Career high Usg% with no rise in TO%.
BPM says he's an average player -- not quite as good as Hill.
S Hill might be the weakest player (statistically) to lead a team in minutes, which he now does by a good margin for the Pacers.

The Kings' DC and DMC both just missed the cut at +.39
Most players whose production has dropped will also receive fewer minutes. So I've padded the 'losers' ranks with a few in the -.30 to -.40 range, whose e484 have also dropped by .40 or more.

On Nov. 29, Andre Drummond was listed among the 20 biggest 'downers' this season. He had the 3rd biggest dropoff among centers, in eWins.

By that time, he'd already begun to turn his season around.

Almost all his numbers in his first 17 were worse than last season; since then, almost all have been better.
ORtg-DRtg in the last 17 are about equal to last year.
His Usage% for the year is up from 16.7 to 21.3, an increase of 28%.

Of players who moved from one conference to the other since last season, I find 35 players moving from west to east, totaling almost 44,000 minutes last year. Just 23 went the other way, east to west, taking their <35,000 minutes with them.

The W to E bunch averaged 21.7 mpg last year and the same this year (so far).
The E to W players' mpg have dropped from 24.9 to 20.6 -- likely due to increased competition in the West.
