You can use CBB Reference for that data.

For example I looked at 1999 Duke and they had a much higher SRS than Kentucky. 34.8 compared to 29.3 for Kentucky.

I ran historical ratings using a pace and talent-adjusted methodology a while back. Not updated for this year, unfortunately, but it will give you an idea of what teams to look for:https://public.tableausoftware.com/view ... zHome=no#5

I don't think I ever wrote up the full methodology anywhere...
