If one uses a better than +1 criteria on both ORPM and DRPM estimates to define a two way player or a two way strong player, there are only about 30 in the league.
If one uses a better than -1 criteria on both ORPM and DRPM and not worse than neutral overall to define a two way player, there are about 120 in the league.
There could be other criteria.
(I guess I said the first part before last summer and hinted at the second part. Forgot. Still may be worth further effort at injecting / encouraging some specificity into use of the term.)
