PT-PM availability?

Post by Voyaging »

Been wondering for a while if PT-PM stats are available to view anywhere (specifically from the last few seasons and ideally the current season)? Or would I need to calculate it manually myself? If so, any advice on where to start?

Also would be interested in any other less common APM stats like AuPM.

The author of PT-PM recently said he is probably going to get around to releasing current values soon. See his twitter https://mobile.twitter.com/CountingBaskets?p=s or Nylon Caculus. Same for past releases or look here http://www.google.com/search?q=PT-PM+nb ... QaO7WEmjsM

I think the problem is that with the shift to Second Spectrum, they've changed a lot of the algorithms used to calculate some of the metrics used within PT-PM (for example, Rim FG% allowed is different) so Andrew needs to re-run the entire metric using the new data.

It's why I haven't gotten a chance to finish my SHAC-PM metric because I used the old SportVU data when I introduced it and haven't had a chance to update and re-run with the new Second Spectrum data.
