Newer GMs and a future title

Which GM hired in last year (or not that much longer) will be the first in that group to win a title? How long into the future? Why are they tops? Biggest challenge to get there?

Of the dozen top basketball execs installed in past year or so, I do not think any will win a title in next 3 years and probably not in next 5. Hard to give any of them a clear advantage right now IMO.
